What is the policy for returns?
We happily accept returns for all items not listed as final sale up to 30 days from the date of your order for all U.S. orders. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it: unworn, unused, and with the original tags. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable if you paid for shipping.
A 7% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method. This helps us cover the costs of processing returns, inspecting items, restocking inventory, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and quality. We appreciate your understanding as a small business striving to provide the best service while keeping operations sustainable.
How can I exchange an item?
We facilitate easy exchanges for customers in the U.S. You can swap your product for a different size of the same item or choose a new product altogether. International customers are encouraged to place a new order for their desired item, as we currently do not offer exchanges outside the U.S.
Which items are non-returnable?
Any product discounted by 50% or more is final sale and cannot be returned. This also applies to Off the Rack items, $4.99 hijabs, and Hijab Value Sets.
